Huge Turnout for Calcutta Run

There was an amazing turnout in glorious sunshine for the 20th anniversary Calcutta Run last Saturday! HOPE is privileged to be partnered with such a great event, organised by the amazing people at the Law Society of Ireland. Thank you to RTE’s Nuala Carey and also to Alison Canavan for taking part and supporting the event this year.

Calcutta Run NYC

Well done to all who organised and took part in the inaugural NYC Calcutta Run last Sunday! The start/finish was at Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall Park in Lower Manhattan. They braved the threat of lightning storms and ran from City Hall Park to Brooklyn over Manhattan Bridge and back via Brooklyn Bridge (a little over 5k).

The Board and Staff of The Hope Foundation wish to express our deepest sympathy to the family of the late Marie Kennelly.

Marie was a Director of the Board and a long and cherished supporter of HOPE.

Rest in peace dear Marie
