Cycle for HOPE

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are delighted to announce that Cycle for HOPE takes place on Saturday, September 7th 2019 at 9.00am, and will see over 200 cyclists get on their bikes as they make their way along the coastal route from the Butlers Chocolates Visitor Centre, Clonshaugh, Dublin to Louth and back. Cyclists can choose from two route options, the traditional 145km route or 85km route. The cycle will finish back at the Butlers Visitor Centre. Please note that the minimum age for participants is 18.

The minimum donation to register for the cycle is €250 and will help fund The Hope Foundation’s new and innovative Resource and Education Centre and Crèche for children with Special Needs.

The new centre will provide support and hope for children with special needs that live on the streets or in the slums of Kolkata, India. It will provide relevant therapies and support to children with special needs aged 5-18 years, to aid the development of these children so they reach their full potential, are prepared for inclusive education and lead a fulfilling life. Crèche facilities for 25 children aged 5-12 years, will be available for working mothers, in the morning before the Resource and Education Centre opens. A bus to transport children from their homes to the Centre will be purchased. This will be modified for special needs children and will cater to 25 children at a time, along with their caregivers.

Registration for Cycle for HOPE is now open and the first 50 people to sign up will get a free Butlers Chocolates KeepCup![/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][dt_button link=”https://cycleforhope.ie/registration/” target_blank=”true” size=”big” button_alignment=”center” icon=”JTNDaSUyMGNsYXNzJTNEJTIyZmElMjBmYS11c2VyLXBsdXMlMjIlM0UlM0MlMkZpJTNF” animation=”bounceIn”]SIGN UP NOW![/dt_button][/vc_column][/vc_row]
