Since 2007, HOPE has constructed and repaired tube wells and latrines in Kolkata and providing clean drinking water systems. This project, supported by Irish Aid, has seen the provision of vital sanitation services and clean, safe drinking water to over 20,000 households. We have also helped establish Water and Sanitation Committees with local residents in 35 slum communities.
HOPE, with the support of Capital Insurance Brokers, has set up water filter projects in schools in slum areas of Kolkata to provide water to over 3,450 students daily.[/vc_column_text][vc_video link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioAOfWPVZWI” css=”.vc_custom_1470670901655{margin-top: 20px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
