Ryder Cup Tickets Raffle – Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter – The Promoter is The Hope Foundation, Silverdale Grove, Ballinlough, Cork, Ireland T12 E974. Registered Charity Number (RCN) 20040710; Revenue Number CHY 13237; Company Number 303111. Hereafter “The Promoter”.
2. The Prize – The prize is 2 tickets for The Green at the Ryder Cup for Sunday 19th September 2027. More information about The Green is available here.
3. By entering this Raffle all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid.
4. To Enter – Purchase an online raffle ticket at the max. price of €10 per ticket from the Promoter at this link. On purchase of an online ticket for the raffle draw, all purchasers of tickets are automatically entered for the number of tickets corresponding to the purchasing amount. Multiple entries from the same individual will be permitted. 
5. The Winner and Companion must be aged over 18 at the time of the draw.
6. The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to winner for any dissatisfaction with the prize.
7. All funds submitted to HOPE (via iDonate) are non-refundable.
8. No member of the Promoter’s Team i.e. The Hope Foundations staff, suppliers or members of the Board can enter The Hope Foundations Raffle.
9. The draw will take place on 31st July 2027, chosen at random by iDonate’s “Pick a winner” software. The Promoter has the right to extend this deadline if they so wish.
10. The winners will be notified within 5 working days of the closing date either by email or telephone. The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time the winner notification is sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
11. The Winner must have or create a Ryder Cup Ticketing Account to facilitate transfer of the digital tickets. Ticket transfer will be available 4-6 weeks before the event starts.
12. The Promoter respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes outlined here.
