The Dóchas Awards celebrate the amazing work of their members and the inspirational individuals who bring about meaningful change through their tireless efforts to eradicate global poverty and inequality. The Awards recognise those unsung heroes who embody the willingness to share, learn, inspire those around them and improve how we work. The prestigious Global Citizen award celebrates an outstanding individual, who inspires and empowers others in the quest for a better world. The Awards will take place December 5th.
We are very honoured that Maureen was shortlisted along with the other incredible nominees who are amazing humanitarians in Ireland. It really is heartening for all of the HOPE family to see Maureen’s selfless work for over forty years acknowledged.
